Even though these big lizards are invasive and a general menace, they are still a spectacle for those of us from the Mid-west. My husband spotted him on a quiet dead-end street sidewalk and stalked him in our car while I snapped some pictures. He eyed us with suspicion before running down the sidewalk into the West Palm neighborhood
