Overview:
We’re excited to invite you to the Florida Wildlife Federation’s new monthly webinar series, where each session will explore different topics related to conservation and environmental advocacy.
Our first webinar focuses on Civic Engagement in the Upcoming Election and will be led by Sam Lockhart, Deputy National Director of Organizing and Campaigns at the National Wildlife Federation. In this session, you’ll learn how to make informed voting decisions to protect Florida’s natural resources and how to spot misinformation, including AI-generated content, during the 2024 election.
We’ll cover why your vote is critical for environmental protection, share resources for informed voting, and provide tools to help you identify misleading information. The webinar will wrap up with a Q&A session to answer any questions you have.
