Description

Snow Geese migrate through Florida on their way to warmer climates in the fall and contrary to popular thought, not all are totally white. This image was taken one morning when two Snow Geese were feeding on the plants in the marsh at St. Marks. They would dig into the mud, grab some roots, wash them off, and then eat them.
