Description

On an early morning walk on Stuart Beach, I came across several very old coral formations, standing like behemoths from another time, close to the water’s edge. Carefully walking over them, I came across many shells, permanently embedded in the coral. To me, it was just an amazing site! Never had I ever seen coral that existed out of water or shells so steadfast in their attachment. I tried really hard to remove one, but had no luck. This shot was taken with my Canon EOS 90D and a Canon 18-135mm lens. Settings: f/5.6, 1/250 sec., ISO-200, 0 step, 135mm, max aperture – 5, no flash, no tripod.
